Maybe this going be a dump question. How can I make 2 Windows 2000 server
to sync my data and apps files? Is there away?

There is never a stupid question. I would take a look at
DFS ( aka Distributed File System ).

Also, when you ask a "stupid" question there are probably
about 1000 people who have the same question. My old
Baseball coach used to say that he wondered when someone
missed a sign ( say, for Hit and Run ) how many others
missed it.
