Symbol in 2007

Interspersed through hundreds of documents in W2003 is a solid black square
(slightly larger than this example: "â–  Claim Form required". W2003: WP
Iconic SumbolA:0090, Char Code: 144, from Symbol (decimal). When I open docs
in 2007 it does not recognize this and just gives me a small white square.
How can I get the larger black square into W2007?
 
Found an answer but thanks for taking the time to read my question. I tried
copying just the symbol itself any way I could think of but no good. I
finally realized it was the font I needed and when IT dept copied the
Iconic... font to my pc, problem solved.
