Hi there, how do i find/remove symantec products/programs...i cannot find it
using the programs add/remove feature but i can see it under the applicaion
folders...however it indicates another user/program is using ti...but this is
nto the case??? any help would be appreciated...Thanks.

Try to delete it in safe Mode, this usually the orphans left behind from the
uninstall.
Did you used the removal tool for Norton?, you can download it from Norton
website, but I think it is too late if uninstall the program with the regular
method through Add/Remove in Control Panel.
Just delete the folder/traces left by Norton in safe mode and make sure you
are deleting the right one!.
