Symantec ghost failed to join domain

We are using Ghost Enterprise Edition 7.5 and our site has problems
with joining cloned clients to the domain. The domain name is shorter
than 15 chars.

After cloning a computer account is being made in de AD. But the
machine fails to join the domain.

I've seen this is problem on the net.

I'm desperate looking for an solution. Please anyone.

What error does the client receive when trying to join the domain? Check
for errors in the netsetup.log file from \winnt\debug. Post the errors in
the newsgroup.

Are you cloning these machines and only changing the server name and not
changing the SID?

IF you are cloning a Domain Controller with ghost, you will not be able to
join a Domain for security reason of SID's.
Try running sysprep on a lab machine and use your ghost there and deploy it.
