Went to install Norton Anti Virus 2007 onto Microsoft Vista Home Premium.

Err Norton not compatible with this version of Vista.

Contacted Symantec and after 90 minutes on hold time.

I was directed to the download option:

Problem resolved.

Most of Norton's software is not compatible with Vista. The only suggestion
is to throw it in the bin. There are a few free anti virus applications out
there that i would rather use than Norton. AVG is one, Avast is another.

Run - don't walk from Norton on any PC. IT is bloated, slow, resource
hogging software that will mess up your system. Especially Internet
Security. BAD BAD BAD!

Yes that is a version of Norton that is VISTA compatible. I'm running
NIS2007 fine.
