My place of business is rolling out Windows 7 and Symantec Endpoint
Protection 11.0

Putting aside the kneejerk reactions to anything Symantec, does anyone
have a constructive opinion of this product? AV-Comparatives focuses
on the installation and management of version 9.0, although a
comparison of other corporate products was favorable for Symantec from
what I see.

I've used all major products and happen to like SEPP 11.X, make sure
that you download the latest version from Symantec's site.

The SEPP version is very different, interface, features, than 9/10 were.

I would strongly suggest that you learn how to build the PACKAGES you're
going to push out and consider the implications of the SEPP FIREWALL it
wants to install - We never allow the SEPP Firewall component to be
installed on company workstations or servers.
