Sycronization of Outlook 2007 between two machine(XP & Vista) ?

Can anyone help with how I can synchronize my outlook data in Outlook 2007
which I have on two machines ...one running Windows XP and the other runniung
Windows Vista?

Both machines are connected wirelessly to my DSL router.....
