R roger Feb 26, 2004 #2 Hi Pc, Go to start > run and type msconfig Uncheck anything that has to do with this box. How to Troubleshoot By Using the Msconfig Utility in Windows XP http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;310560 Also perform a scan with ad-aware and spybot Good luck
