switching users

when i install new user accounts and ten try to switch
from one to another the screen turns black and a message
comes on saying "video mode not supported". How can i fix
this. thanks

I have the same problem Sally, I await a solution, can't figure it out for
the life of me. Please help someone.

I am still here Sally, have been reading through all the threads. There are
150 pages in the general section alone ( lol), and I found something
referencing a windows update KB867801, and it appears it may be connected to
our problem, I'll let you know. Maybe someone who is familiar with this can
jump in and help us.
