I just got my new Dell computer yesterday. I have instant messenger and I
tend to keep it on overnight. However, when I click Log off on the Start
menu, it doesn't give me the choice to Switch Users. If I click log off, my
things won't be saved. How do I fix this?

You need to create a new User Account in order
to switch users...

1. Click Start - Control Panel
2. Goto User Accounts
3. Click Change the Way Users Log on or Off
4. Tick Mark - Enable Fast User Switching
