Switching Users and Losing Internet Connection

I created user profiles for Windows for the family
however each time we switch users, we lose the internet
connection. I have searched for ways to prevent this
however don't seem to be able to find any. Do I have to
live with this or is there a way I can maintain my
internet connection.

32, left column, KeepRAS Connection (FUS). This small fix, either the EXE
file, or the REG file will modify the System Registry to keep the Dial up
connection active when switching users.
