I read somewhere, help maybe, that i cd toggle btwn
signatures by right clicking on the signature. That
worked for awhile but then doesn't work now. How do I do
this?

Roady: I finally figured out how to get to style. You
forgot to mention that you actually have to be in a new
message or in reply mode to see format. Doesn't apply
otherwise. thanks for all your help. finally figured it
out. Normal was checked all along but now this signature
problem. Something must have changed all the settings.

Formatting text goes a lot better while you are actually text editing rigt?
;-)

The rightclicking on the signature only works when you have Word set as your
E-mail Editor.

To do this go to Tools-> Options-> tab Format

Roady: How did this swtich to HTML? I don't recall doing
this? I think m any of my problems I've posted stem from
this.

No option for Word. Just rich text, plain text, HTML.
Which shd I choose?

regards and thanks for your help

The Word option is global, not per-message. Tools | Options | Mail Format.

Yes, I got that. But my options there html, rich or
plain. Or shall I choose Word to edit my email?

It's a combination; you can create a Plain Text, HTML or Rich Text formatted
mail with either Outlook or Word as your e-mail editor.

From most to least compatible with other mailclients it's;
Plain Text, HTML, Rich Text
