Switching off accessibility "options" for good

Can anyone tell me how to do any of the following,

i) Disable this feature properly (all of them), so that it doesn't simply
switch itself back on when I press certain keys (ie shift for 8 secs).
Un-selecting "Use stick keys" doesn't seem to have the desired effect.

ii) Tell me how to switch it off when it has been accidently switched on (by
me playing a game or something). Unselecting "Use sticky keys" etc doesn't
do a damn thing.

or failing these

iii) How to utterly and unrevokably delete this "feature" from XP so that it
never forces me to have to re-boot the system in the middle of doing
something important again!

Thanks,
GW.

Go back to the area where you were de-selecting Use Sticky Keys. Click on
the Settings button in that same section. On the page that appears, uncheck
the box that enables the keyboard shortcut. Repeat steps for any other
Accessibility Option that you are accidentally triggering.
