switching identities

I use 2 identities and when I switch from one to the other, the message screen is blank. Any suggestions?

Does any of functions of this ID work?
If no, delete and recreate the crippled/non-functioning ID's account.

Bee, Thanks for quick reply. When I go to OE it goes directly to my 1st Identity and it's fine - both top and lower screen show up and I can open attachments. It is when I switch from one to the other that I get only the top screen but no message. This happens when I switch from either one to the other.

check your view settings for the 2nd user ...sounds like you just have to
make the window active again.

you haven't "dragged" it closed or something?

Haggis, Thanks for your reply. I checked view settings - but I don't know what you mean by making window active again. And no, haven't dragged anything. The other problem is that my list of contacts shows up in both identities instead of keeping them separate. Anything else you can suggest? Thanks.

Express news group.
