ID-A (1) Opens an account with an ISP news server.
(2) Subscribes to chosen newsgroup(s)
(3) Goes to (select) the newsgroup on Lt. pane of news reader.
(4) Gets news messages headers and contents on Rt. pane.
ID-B wants (4) Get news messages headers and contents on Rt. pane
Please be sure that ID-B has indeed gone through (1), (2) and (3), as did
ID-A, before news messages can appear on his own Rt. pane of the news
reader.
