In outlook express me and the wife could swich idenities and keep our mail separate . I would like to do the same in outlook 2000 but there is no idenity tab. Thanks again
You have to set up MAPI accounts in the Mail icon in the Control Panel. Then you set Outlook to ask for the MAPI profile to use. Outlook 2000 must be set up in Corporate or Workgroup mode for this to work.
You want to do something called profiles. Profiles are only offered when
Outlook is configured in Corporate/Workgroup mode. To get you started so

ps - to see what mode you are in now, select Help > About Microsoft Outlook.
The second or third line down should specify what mode Outlook is in.
