Switching from Internet Email to Workgroups

My email does not work after I switched from INternet Email Only to
workgroups? Seems like my setting got all messed up. Any suggestions?
 
Did you make a new profile? Control panel, mail, profiles.

Yes I did. I changed to workgroups and then added a profile for my wife.
Now the palms sinc ok, but the email on my original outlook profile will not
work. I think my settings got messed up and I do not know enough about
workgroups to correct it.
