Switchboard

I don't understand what happened. I created a switchboard using the
switchboard manager and there is only one switchboard, the main switchboard.
When I click on one of the buttons to open a form, the form open in the back
of the switchboard, not in front of the switchboard. I have to close the
switchboard to get to the form, but then, I have no way of getting back to
the switchboard.

I don't know where I went wrong. Can someone help me?

Check the properties of the switchboard, specifically the popup and modal,
they should be set to No:

-Open the switchboard form in design view,
-Select properties from the view menu
-In the All tab find popup and Modal
-Set both properites to No
