using xp proff i find now that it takes a long time to switch users ( i have
run spyware . avg 7.5 and addware to rensure no BUGS!) any suggestions!
thanks

Running many programs defiantly will slow down the process of switching
users. I suggest making sure that there isn't too much running, by opening
task manager. If there are a lot of programs that you don't think should be
running, click end process. This should speed it up, for now. To stop items
from startup, click start --> Run, then type "msconfig.exe" and click ok.
Then unclick the programs you don't want running. Restart, and see if
anything changed.

Check the sizes of your documents and settings folders for each user.
If the individual users are saving loads of crap in "my music" and "my
pictures" folders and similarly scattering large files around the desktop,
this will slow things down big style.
Also try deleting temorary file in IE.
