Switch to 8 bpp

Hi all,
I must switch to 2^8 colors.
It used to be available within control panel and ati tray.
Now 16 or 32 bpp only.
Any help's welcome.

Right click desktop -> Properties / Settings / Advanced / Adapter / List all
modes / ...

8bpp modes will be available in there.
