switch between multiple static IP addresses?

Feature for Multiple Network Connectivity in Windows XP"
Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 283676

I want to be able to save multiple static IP addresses,
gateways, etc. so that I can switch between them.

Is there any current way to do this?

There's nothing like that built into Windows, but these programs let
you store multiple network configurations and switch between them
easily:

NetSwitcher
