Pure Overclock have reviewed the Swiftech Apogee HD water block - here's a snippet:

"The Apogee HD is not only a good performer but also handsome, ease to use and functional. The mounting retention mechanism is still one of the best on the market; it only take two steps to install the block. As for block design, Swiftech seems to have solved the low flow restriction problem, while maintaining the originality of its pin-matrix design, and without compromising thermal performance.

Swiftech also improved the Apogee with higher quality aesthetics and features at a very reasonable price point of about $75. The Apogee HD includes barbs, clamps and high performance thermal paste, which we think is a nice list of accessories for the price. Some may say the XSPC Raystorm offers better value, but if you remove the included barbs and clamps then both blocks are on the same page."
