Windows XP swflash.ocx

Apologies if this is an old chestnut. Can anyone tell me why I keep getting a message saying "swflash.ocx" could not be found? How do I get rid of it?

It looks like an application is trying to download Shockwave flash, try getting it from here:

http://sdc.shockwave.com/shockwave/download/frameset.fhtml
