They don't have a default piece of software to open established in Windows,
but I always assign then to my browser, and then they open fine.
Save the file to you local computer, and when you try to open it, choose to
open with whichever browser you use (IE, Firefox, etc.). Once the file is
assigned to a piece of software, you MIGHT be able to open it directly from
your Yahoo mail.
