J Jimmy S. Feb 24, 2004 #4 You can disable the McAfee Firewall status by clicking on the "Stop McAfee Firewall" to disable the software. Visit your Network Control Settings from the Welcome to McAfee Firewall screen and select "Allow All Traffic." If you still have problems, turn on your Windows XP firewall, then uninstall McAfee temporarily until you solve your issue. -- Cheers, Windows XP MVP Shell / User Jimmy S. http://mvp.support.microsoft.com Game FAQs: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=FH;[LN];gms Visit my Zone.com / Gaming Helpsite: http://nibblesnbits.tk or Call / Contact MS Support at: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=sz;en-us;top My advice is donated "AS IS" without warranty; nor do I confer any rights. _________________________________________________________ | I am using mcafee 7.0 firewall.
