SWAT 4 Stetchkov not running :-(

I'm trying to run Swat 4 Stetchkov in Vista, but the game doesnt even start
when I run it. I've tried both compatibility mode and run as admin, but with
no luck.... Why is this happening?

powder?

(Update all drivers, post your system specs, drive through)
