Swapped Hard drive, now music won't play-PLEASE HELP

I recently swapped my harddrive into a different machine. My music is still
there. The music I ripped as .wma files will no longer play. It shows its
there but when I click play a red "X" appears on all of the songs on that
album. Please help.
