aaargh, how do i get around this...

i have an existing machine with office 2003 proffessional loaded, then i
bought a second machine which has become my main machine - so needed office
2003 pro loaded on it and bought office 2003 small business for original
machine. loaded pro on new machine but it wouldn't activate so loaded small
business over top as i needed to use software there and then. didn't think
much about it until i needed to use "access" and found unactivated access
component won't work anymore.

called microsoft, got indian/asian/overseas help line and was told to get
new key from software supplier. these products were bought online, are
sealed, are legitimate and do work - they are just on the wrong machine, or
more accurately i just want to swap the 2 software packages i legitimately
own to the machines i need them on.

after spending over $1000.00 on software it seems rude that i can't use it
as i need it because overseas help tells me they can't reset it and i need to
get another key. if a new key was that freely accessible u would not need to
buy the software.

please someone help me get out of this delema.

If you purchased O2003 preinstalled then it is allmost certainly OEM
software supported by the sys supplier, not MS.
More importantly it lives and dies on the sys it was supplied with. ie its
not transferable to another sys.
