Does WindowsXP have a Swap file? Earlier versions of windows had such a
file but I don't remember ever seeing such a 'thing' in windowsXP??

Anyone help please? And if there is one, is there a way to adjust its size?

Greetings --

Yes, WinXP uses virtual memory, and its swap file is adjusted in
pretty much the same way it was in both WinNT and Win2K, which are
WinXP's predecessors. Right-click My Computer > Properties > Advanced
Performance Settings > Advanced > Virtual Memory.
