Swap file :pagefile.sys vs temppf.sys

There's 2 swap file in Windows 2000 :the permanent one(pagefile.sys) and the
tempory (temppf.sys)one.
When the permanent one is not big enough Windows 2000 take's the tempory
one.

So I maximise the permanent one but my stupid computer is alway starting
with the tempory one.

Does anyone know how to delete the temppf.sys or where can I find starting
settings?
