I have two prime disk part.
C is FAT32 for boot with win98.
H is NTFS for boot with win2k.

win98 fdisk can not running in win2k.
is a win2k have tool to swap avtive disk?

it won't work as your boot files are on drive C:

You need a third-party boot loader, e.g. XOSL.
