this thing stop working, and it does, u cant surf the net
or drop and drag objects in the explorer. who can i fix
it? and it's seems to be a random crash time. sometimes it
can take 1 min and sometimes 1 h. plz help!
 
Hi!

I had the same problem. It got fixed when I installed
Service Pack 4. Unfortunately, you will need someone to
download it for you since you can't surf. Note: The
service pack is also very large in size.
