Svdoctor.exe a VIRUS!?

When I start my computer up...it just sits there showing my wallpaper...nothing else. When I alt ctrl delete, to end task on Svdoctor.exe, Itll load my desktop up. but once I click on something itll freeze? How do I correct this?

See the thing is when i start my computer... There is two Xp i can select. When i select the first one. it loads up to the desktop but once i click on something itll just freeze.

Never hear of it ... what happens if you start in Safe Mode?

Then I'm afraid you need to do a clean re-install of Windows.

what kind of PC is it??? Here in the US most pc's come with built in recovery utilities. The newer pcs all have partitioned hardrives containing the recovery program. Restart your computerand hit f-10 and let me know what happens. If it does go into a recovery make sure you use the advanced recovery option and perform full recovery formating the hardrive.
