Antispyware just popped up and told me about the executable in the subject
line trying to execute at startup, googling suggests it is...

I blocked it to be on the safe side, it can always be un-blocked later.

Anyone know more about this file?

Delete it. It is definately a worm.
Remember to turn off your system restore first if you are
running xp. Delete the file, rescan your system, then
turn your system restore back on if you do have it enabled.

Cheers for that Tony, don't know how I got it without Symantec Antivirus
picking it up.

The microsoft tool also alterted me to 3 suspicious batch files trying to
run out of the blue, so it's working for me.
