svchost still using 100% cpu in network service

i dl adaware6 to stop this but still having probs svchost.exe NETWORK SERVICE is using all cpu process i can;t do anything i want to stop this how can i???

Have you scanned for viruses with a functioning
updated Anti Virus program?
If so and no viruses have been found, have you
done any troubleshooting with System Configuration
Utility and or Device Manager?
