I am having a problem where this process is taking up 60-
80% of my CPU. The user name is Local Service. Does
anyone know how I can fix this? It is making my computer
run really slow.

.
Svchost.exe is a generic host process name for services
that are run from dynamic-link libraries (DLLs). At
startup, Svchost.exe checks the services portion of the
registry to construct a list of services that it needs to
load. There can be multiple instances of Svchost.exe
running at the same time.
Therefore a corrupt .dll can be to blame ,are things that
you changed over last little while? Possible spyware
malware junk:

Thanks Chris, that worked to find a bunch of Trojans, and it is better now. However, what I find happening now is when I reboot my computer and check this process it will be jumping between 8-10 cpu and then will gradually works it's way up to 40-50, so I still think there's a problem. Any other suggestions?
