When I'm online svchost.exe error message window comes up
on screen and says to reboot. When this message comes up I
can't print anything nor can I disconnect. I must shut
down to reset everything. Any suggestions to correct this
problem. Thank you for any help.

msblaster worm for sure .. go to Symantic.. Panda .. or
your pick for free removal tool.. I tried symantic worked..
now I may be inclined to invest in the Norton antivirus
pkg. I presently use AVG freeware is ok

Sounds like msblast or some variant. Search these groups for subject

What operating system are you on?
This is a symptom of the blaster virus. You need to make
sure you have the latest security patches release by
microsoft (get them through windows update @
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com if you have never done
an update before). You should ALWAYS download 'critical
updates' released by Microsoft. If you continue to see
the message after updating windows then download the free
blaster virus removal tool from norton.com. Good luck.
