Could anyone please tell me why one instance of
svchost.exe is taking up to 99% of the CPU when I connect
to the internet???? I have formated the machine twice and
it keeps coming back. I am running Windows 2000 with SP4
and all updates. I have Nortons Anti Virus.

Please HELP.
