SVCHOST.exe using 80+% of usage

Computer usage is at 100% which is slowing everything
down. "SVCHOST.exe" is using about 80% and "system" is
using about 20%. This is a major problem for me!
 
On my computer I notice that Taskmanager shows 5 instances of
SVCHOST.EXE running as below:-
Svchost.exe System 7200K
Svchost.exe Local System 9860K
Svchost.exe Network service 3252K
Svchost.exe System 29988K
Svchost.exe System 6856K

Is this OK or could I have a problem?

To reply replace "giocom.invalid" with "gioserve.com"
