My problem started this way after running every FIX possible I ended up with
nothing but a black screen. Had to take out hard drive put in another comp.
My suggest is do a ctrl alt delet stop the svchosts until you gain control
get the data you need off the hard drive and then do a reformat. I believe
the end result if you continue to fight it will be to loose bios control
next.
