svchost.exe program error

Hi,

when i connect with network and a popup message box
appears which says svchost.exe program generates error and
restart program. when i click ok and after that some
program does not work. When i disconnect network
connection it would not and i have to restart my machine.
I need your help how could i resolve this problem. Thanks
