svchost.exe frustrations

Is there anyone out there that can end this problem. I
have formatted my hardrive (NTFS) system and loaded
windows 2000 for the third time and still get the same
problem, I even loaded a firewall and still have the same
thing happening. I am at my last chance with this, I have
heard that computers with systemic problems like this make
very good boat anchors. HELP!!!

Why don't you try reading other messages in this newsgroup
that have 'svchost' in their subject line?
