svchost.exe error

Hi All,

I am getting "svchost.exe has generated errors and will be colsed by window. you will need to restart the program." error.

Whenever I try to connect to internet using modem. this error come and then I am unable to paste a file, or open website in a new window finally I have to restart the computer to do my job.

You may have gotten the msblaster virus. Go to McAfee or
Norton to get the patch and save it to your hard drive so
it is readily available if you get it again. Also go to
http://grc.com/dcom/ and download the DCOMbobulator. Be
sure to read all of the info. I had the same basic problem
and I think these steps took care of it. Another program I
have is Ad-Aware. Get it at http://www.lavasoftusa.com/.
