svchost.exe Error Blocks the internet connection

Hello,
I have recently install Win2000 Pro in to my new pc. Now
i have a problem with svchost.exe, When i connet online,
theres a error msg names svchost.exe and block whole my
computer and online connections. Some time i cant even
shutdown my brandnew PC. would you pls give me an advice
how to get rid of this problem. For every support i ll be
