Suspicious .sys file

Hi,

This morning Windows Defender alerted me to a .sys file that I am suspicious
of. The file zshqhqo.sys, appeared whilst I was browsing the internet and,
because I was unable to establish its purpose, I denied it. The file had no
publisher information, in fact it had no information at all. A search of
the web reveals nothing and a search of MS Knowledge Base also reveals
nothing. Scanning with CA, Malaware Bytes, Spybot and AVG all say its clean
but I'm still very sus about it.

Can anyone shed any light on this one?
