SUS versus client update

I have SUS installed on my server, and it is working fine.
But my clients don't login on the network, so the SUS
client policy is not loaded onto the client. What do i
have to change in the registry of the client to tell it to
get updates from the sus server and not from the microsoft
update site

ok, just curious....why do you have a server and they don't log into it???

That is just the way i prefer to use the client. The
server is not always on.

Logging on doesn't matter with SUS. It does not run as a user. Group
policies that apply to the system, such as setting the SUS server update
time/day, are applied without user intervention.
