SUS Not quite working

I've got the auto updating almost working, it's a the
stage where it downloads the updates from the SUS server,
but it doesn't ever seem to install them or restart the
machine. Any ideas?

you need to install the administrator templates for SUS into group policy
and you need to approve updates on your SUS server.
