SUS -Local Group Policy

I am having trouble with a computer. I have an SUS server
up and running on my domain, but when I set the Local
Group Policy Object just as it says in the white papers,
it does not seem to work. I set the computer to update at
a certain time everyday and point it to my server. I also
tell it to download the updates and prompt for
installation, but it does not do either. Would anyone
know why the Local Group Policy does not work. I followed
the steps exaclty as in the "To Load settings using Local
Group Policy Object" section of the whit paper. Right now
I don't want to do it through Active Directory without
testing it on a local computer.
 
I too am having the same problems, and just posted for the
same thing pleas keep me in mind if you get any answers.
