SUS Configuration

I have just installed SUS on a server. We are behind an ISA firewall so we
need to use a proxy server. I configure the settings to use the proxy
server with the correct credentials. When I try to synchronize, I get this
error:

Failed to download from URL
'http://www.msus.windowsupdate.com/msus/v1/aucatalog1.cab'. (Error
0x80072EEF: Login failure, usually caused by incorrect credentials supplied
to the proxy server.)

I know those credentials should work.

Any ideas why this is happening?
