Hi,

I need my staff to fill a form using powerpoint (then i 'll collect the
answers by email) but i don't manage to do it...
Does anybody know a website in which i could find tips ?

Jojo

PowerPoint is not a good vehicle for this type of project. You might be better off looking at something like FrontPage to design your form, and maybe use PowerPoint to hyperlink to the website where your form resides.

It can be done with Visual Basic inside of PowerPoint. What e-mail program
does your team use? I could send you some sample code. You can check out
my site for a downloadable sample that I use for CBT. It doesn't have the
e-mail code in it but you can get an idea of how to control PowerPoint using
VBA.

The address is: http://www.pttinc.com/power_point.htm#PowerPoint

There is a survey sample for PowerPoint 2000 at the following site:

http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dnovba00/html/OfficeKiosk.asp

I can send you the sample file that they used if you wish. Send me a reply
directly and I will try and find the zipped file. Just realize that you
will need to be ready to tackle VBA in order to use PowerPoint for this
task.
